As collectors ourselves we know how details can be important, we always ship with great care and attention. However, we cannot be responsible for packages damaged while in transit, or from accidental damage by yourself. We try to choose the best quality product from those we receive from manufacturers, however, some products may have running and varying paint applications or packaging changes/quality control issues that we cannot be responsible for. In the case that the toy is severely damaged by the shipping courier,
we'll accept a return on the item within Five (5) DAYS of
product delivery. Any return requests made after fifth day will NOT
NOTE: All returns MUST include the manufacturer's original packaging. If ALL original packaging is not with a return, we will NOT accept your return and you will be liable for the shipping costs back to you. Also note, if you damage the toy...sorry, we can't accept the return...please be more careful next time.
If you no longer want the item you may return the new, unopened, and undamaged item/s within Fifteen (15) DAYS of purchase for a full refund (minus original shipping costs). The return date is based on the product purchase date, not the date by which you receive it. Opened items or sealed cases then opened cannot be returned for a refund.
Incorrect Addresses or Refused Packages
Please ensure you have the right address prior to committing to your order. Packages that are returned due to incorrect addresses or refused, will bear a minimum of a 20% restock fee. Shipping will not be refunded. Please allow up to 14 business days for your refund to appear after the product returns.

Please note that a minor packaging flaw that doesn't affect the contents is not considered a defect or damage for parcel insurance or refund claims. A small bend, scuff or indentation on exterior packaging can occur at any point in the manufacturing, supply or shipping processes.
1.) Please explain what is damaged
2.) We will need photos of the damaged shipping/outer box with the shipping label intact.
3.) Photos of the damage to each item
*The photos are a MUST as they will be forwarded to the shipping company/insurer for a claim to be filed.
All returns must be in the original, factory-sealed packaging in the same condition that they were received. Products that have been opened, tampered with, played with or altered will not be eligible for return.
1.) Email us with your order number and the item you would like returned.
2.) Once confirmed, we will issue you a RMA number. Any returns made without a RMA number will NOT be accepted!
3.) Ship the item(s) back inside a standard shipping box. Please write your RMA number on the outside of the box.
4.) Once we receive your return, we'll process a refund within 5-7 business days.
